  • Offshoot of Dr. Clark Meeting
• Maximizing effectiveness of Mavenlink

Important Notes

• Task reallocation
  • Have only the experienced programmers programming
    • Prioritize OpenCV development
    • May want to work on Arduino design in tandem (devote only one programmer) or return to working on this after progress made on OpenCV
  • The rest of the team will work on mechanical aspects, reports, provide feedback on programming algorithms, and generally manage all non-programming aspects of the project.
• Stuart? will head the report/presentation team
• New presentation paradigm
  • Everyone updates blogs on Tuesdays
  • One person responsible for generating Dr. Clark presentations
• Mavenlink is too cumbersome without Google integration
  • Google calendar integration works, but you must push button multiple times
